1. Owner and General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereafter “GTCS”) govern the purchase of products offered on www.blockshop.online, owned by Kevin Gironce, VAT No. ES‑X9100929J, based at C/ PORTAFERRISSA 19 – Local – 08002 Barcelona.
Users who make purchases on www.blockshop.online fully accept these GTCS and are bound by them as written at the time of purchase. Reading and accepting the GTCS is a prerequisite before buying any product through the website. The GTCS are always accessible online for users to view or print at any time.

2. Purchase Procedure

The process is straightforward, whether you're a first-time buyer or returning customer—no prior registration is needed.

  1. CHOOSE: Select the desired product; you'll see a detailed description and the price (VAT included). Clicking “buy” adds it to your shopping cart.

  2. PURCHASE: Once all items are in your cart, proceed to checkout and payment by:

    1. Clicking the shopping cart icon at the top of the page.

    2. Clicking “Finalize Purchase.”

    3. Filling in or verifying your contact information, order details, shipping address, and billing address.

    4. Clicking “Finalize Purchase.”

    5. Entering your credit card or PayPal details.

    6. Clicking “Authorize Payment.”

  3. PAYMENT: Choose your payment method: Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal.

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email (the “Order Confirmation”) detailing the order, payment method, and delivery address. If you notice any error in the address or elsewhere, notify us immediately via the contact form or email at order@blockshop.online so we can correct it.

3. Payment Methods

Credit Card
Payment is processed at the time of order. www.blockshop.online uses SSL encryption for secure transactions. To prevent fraud, BLOCK SHOP may request additional documentation via email to verify your identity as the cardholder (PDF or JPG). By clicking “Authorize Payment,” you confirm the card belongs to you.

PayPal
You can pay via PayPal using your account email and password—no need to re-enter card details. Charges occur once the order is confirmed. Your shipping address must match your PayPal account address exactly.

Bizum
Available only in Spain.

Bank Transfer
Details are provided after your order is confirmed.

4. Product Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. If a product is out of stock, we may offer a substitute of equal or greater value. If you decline, you’ll be refunded any amount paid.

We reserve the right to reject orders resulting from manipulative practices, attacks on our site, or violations of our policies—even after sending a confirmation. We may remove products, alter content, or cancel orders without liability. Fraudulent purchases causing technical issues will result in legal action, especially if made via automation or multiple IPs.

6. Transfer of Risk and Ownership

Risk transfers to you upon delivery. Ownership is transferred when full payment, including shipping, is received—or upon delivery if that occurs later.
